About Lessons

Each lesson is tailored to what each student needs, and what their goals are. My teaching philosophy is rooted in student led learning--following what the student wants to learn while supplementing with other materials to ensure my students are well-rounded musicians. I love empowering my students to make decisions about what they want to learn, which instills confidence, curiosity, and most importantly, a love for music. Music should be fun, after all!!

My students will tell you that I am typically laid back, and I have a very goofy personality. That doesn't mean I won't hold you accountable, though! I push my students to accomplish all of their goals, because I know they can do it. Cultivating a positive and supportive environment to help grow confidence is my specialty♥️
